Preggy Belly — What do I do?

If you are pregnant, size up one full size from your regular measurement.
This gives your growing belly more room, prevents digging or rolling, and keeps everything comfortable.

Post-Partum Belly — What do I do?

After birth, your body is still adjusting.
Continue to size up for the first several weeks postpartum to accommodate swelling, softness, and natural changes in your midsection.
Once your belly settles, you can reassess and move toward your regular size if comfortable.
