Do I need a Single or Double Breast Pump?
Great question! We recommend our Single Pump if you plan on being an infrequent pumper. This can mean you just need or want to pump adhoc.. For example once a week or when you want to leave bub every now and again and need to get enough for a feed or two.
The Double Pump is recommended when you plan to be a regular pumper for example exclusively pumping or need to pump once a day for a dream feed at night time or returning to work ect.
How often should I replace my parts and pieces?
Just like a car needing oil to drive at its finest, our pumps are the same! To maximise the pumps efficiency, we recommend replacing all parts and pieces every 3 months. Our replacement packs are available online and in store/online at every single Chemist Warehouse, Australia.
What is the difference between the S39 Breast Pump and the Ultra Breast Pump?
We explain it like this :)
The S39 is a Toyota.
The Ultra is a Rolls Royce.
Both made by our same manufacturer, both have the same motor suction, both BRILLIANT. The only difference is the Ultra comes with a heated flange (which is heaven btw) and is app controlled.
Does the Single Pump come with a case?
No, it does not come with a case inside the box, however you can purchase a single case separately online or in our bundle pack.
The Ultra Single does come with a case.
Are our Breast Pumps hospital grade?
Yes they are.
What is our Breast Pump Warranty?
We have a 5 year lifetime baby feeding warranty for any mechanical faults only.
