At The Midwife Mumma, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Warranty Coverage

We offer a 12-month warranty on all electrical components, covering manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty applies to all electronic items purchased directly from The Midwife Mumma website or through authorised retailers.


What’s Covered

  • Electrical faults or component failure not caused by misuse

  • Manufacturing defects in parts or assembly

  • Faults occurring during normal household use


What’s Not Covered

  • General wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, misuse or neglect

  • Faults caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications

  • Accessories or consumable items such as tubing, valves, storage bags, or silicone parts


How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please email hello@themidwifemumma.com.au with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the fault

Our team will review your claim and contact you within 2–3 business days.
If your product is found to be faulty under warranty, we will:

  • Replace the item with a new unit, or

  • Provide a store credit or refund (at our discretion)


Return & Inspection Process

We may request that you return the faulty item for inspection.
Please do not return any products without first receiving approval from our team.

Once the item has been inspected, we’ll confirm the outcome and next steps.
Replacement items will be shipped free of charge.
