We ship with Australia Post – reliable, trackable and well-known for getting your parcel where it needs to be. Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow its journey from us to your doorstep.

Delivery & Handling

We pack and ship every business day to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

If you're local, we also offer pick-up from our Melbourne location. Just email us or send a message on Instagram, and we’ll get back to you the same day or within 24 hours to confirm.

We dispatch your order via Australia Post Standard Parcel Post from Melbourne. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

Standard Delivery via Australia Post Parcel Post is $12 for all orders.

Lost or delayed parcels:

If your tracking information has stalled or your order is taking longer than expected, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly on 13 POST. They can start an investigation and usually respond within five business days. Once you hear back, let us know and we’ll help you from there.

Stellar pump and stellar customer support!

This review is long overdue as I’ve been a little preoccupied being a FTM, but the customer service from this company is how customer service should be always! Amazing experience from Carla, who was super responsive and went above and beyond in helping me with my order and assuring my package arrived when there was an issue with customs. Can't thank the team at midwife mumma for all their help over the years and with all three of my babies. I've had the pleasure of having three of the consultants helping get my babies sleep amazing ! No matter what time of day or week day or weekend they will always reply to questions I have. My children sleep soundly at night and so do I !! Hayley is the best!

Hayley has been such a beautiful person to work with. Our 5 month old twins were waking up to feed 4 times a night… at different times! Hayley helped to educate us on sleep cycles and we were able to refine our nap and bedtime routine, wake windows, settling techniques and now both kids are back to 2 feeds a night. Hayley was so prompt in replying to my messages so we could adjust things as we went along. She also made sure that my well being was okay throughout the whole process which made me feel so supported.
