How do I buy an Online E-Program?
Just select the age group that applies best to you, select buy now and follow the directions provided. You will receive an email after your purchase with a confirmation email which will include a download link from the The Midwife Mumma.
Is this guaranteed to work?
There is no way to guarantee that our programs or consultations will be effective. Each individual baby or toddler is different and there are many external factors that have an effect on the results from our programs. You got this!
What if my baby is sick?
Before starting our programs, we highly recommend seeing your GP for medical approval before commencing our programs. If your baby or toddler has or presents symptoms of a medical condition it is the responsibility of the parent/primary carer to seek professional medical advice to see if sleep training is suitable for your baby/child.
How Long does Sleep Training take?
For best results it is recommended to follow a 21 day sleep program.
What if I don't like to hear by baby crying?
When a baby cries it is their way of trying to communicate and express their feelings. When sleep training a baby, you may experience peak more than usual crying periods during periods of change and this is normal. Always work within your comfort zone and if your baby is crying and you're feeling uncomfortable, please comfort and reassuring your baby by picking them up and giving them a cuddle. We do not use the cry it out (CIO) approach. This is based upon allowing a baby to cry for extended periods of time without providing hands on reassurance. Sleep School encourages parents to listen to the type of cry your baby is making and then wait and respond accordingly. Our proven methods work when you wait, assist and support your baby through our settling techniques. Unfortunately, there is always going to be crying, as this is your baby's way of teaching them-self to self-settle.
CIO and do we implement it?
We have super gentle techniques that allow you to work at your own pace and within your own parenting style with a hands on approach.
Do you wake a sleeping baby?
All babies/toddlers are different and need different sleep needs. If they are at risk of having to much day sleep and this affects their night it will mean that feeds are being missed so it might be a recommendation you discuss with your team. As they move through different ages we need to adjust. Luckily we are a one stop shop and have the feeding really covered as Amelia is a qualified sleep, lactation consultant and midwife.
My baby is a cat napper so how do you tackle this and will it work?
Babies learn the skill of cat napping as it is a normal developmental occurrence between the ages of 8 weeks 6 months. Our program will help you connect their cycles through various techniques and recommendations.
How quickly do I hear back from someone?
We are pretty good with replying as soon as possible but we always say within 24 hours. Best to email us directly as we get 100’s of DM’s via Instagram if you feel your matter is urgent. Best email ishello@themidwifemumma.com.au.
Cancellation Policy
There is no refunds on guides as it is an instant download and we would really appreciate no sharing of content with other’s who have not paid for the program. So much love has gone into each product so every sale is important for further growth of the brand.

Full refund with more than 24 hours notice. We will refund half if less then 24 hours and nothing if a few hours before. We can always change the time if something happens last minute so just reach out.

Who do you ship with?
We ship with Australia Post – reliable, trackable and well-known for getting your parcel where it needs to be. Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow its journey from us to your doorstep.
When do you pack?
We now pack and ship every business day. We also offer pick-up in-store if you are a local family. Send us an email or DM on Instagram, and we will reply the same day or within 24 hours.

Is there a warranty on the products?
Yes – we offer a six-month warranty on all products. This covers manufacturing faults only. It does not apply to general wear and tear, improper use or accidental damage.
If you believe your product has a fault, please email us with your:

Lost or delayed Parcels?

We come to your special Mumma’s home and spend 2 hours working with them over their baby's requested nap time. We'll discuss current sleep issues, goals, lifestyle/parenting preferences, and assess the sleep environment. It’s the perfect hands-on support for a new mum!
What do they get with this consultation?
Your Mumma will receive a personalised and gentle sleep plan, our SLEEPY TIME ebook, and DR KYLA'S solids ebook. Plus, we’ll assist in implementing the plan during their baby's nap time and provide a follow-up call/text the next day. It’s like gifting peace of mind!
Is the consultation available outside Melbourne?
This special gift is available within 30km of Plenty 3093 and Sunbury 3429. If your recipient lives outside this radius, additional travel fees may apply. How flexible are the timings?
