find your perfect flange fit
Getting the right flange size makes a huge difference in both comfort and milk output.
Hereβs how to measure your nipple correctly.

how to measure with our nipple measuring tool
1. Stimulate your nipple gently until it becomes firm (this ensures accurate measurement).
2. Place the sizing tool over your nipple so it sits flush against the breast.
3. Try each hole size until you find one that fits snugly around the base of your nipple, not the areola.
The correct hole will allow your nipple to move freely without rubbing the sides.
Once you find your best fit, use that size to select your flange or insert.
how to measure without a tool
If you donβt have a physical sizing tool, you can use a ruler or measuring tape:
1.Stimulate your nipple until it stands out naturally.
2. Measure across the base of your nipple (not including the areola), from one side to the other in millimetres.
3. Use the chart below to find your ideal flange size or insert size.
getting the perfect fit
- The nipple should move freely in the tunnel with no rubbing or pinching.
- Your areola should stay mostly outside the tunnel.
- Pumping should feel comfortable, not painful or tight.
- After pumping, your nipple should look normal in colour and shape (not white, squished, or sore).
If your nipples are:
More elastic: you may need to size down.
Less elastic: you might need to size up.
π©· Note: Sizing is not an exact science, every body is different! If you experience discomfort or poor suction, try adjusting up or down one size.
