If you’re on the fence about booking in a consult, but you’re spending more time googling solutions like you care to admit, just do it! Talking through advice from Georgia about how to better structure baby’s day (around school pick ups, appointments etc) and slightly tweaking awake times has resulted in back to 1-2 wake ups overnight and more confidence in getting baby down for sleep, following the hard hitting 4 month regression.
