Love these pumps! Bubs had lost 11% of her birth weight after 2 days, so I started using the midwife mumma s39 breast pumps to supplement each BF. We've just had our final midwife visit at 5 days post-birth, and within 24 hours she has gained 180g, a whopping improvement! Triple feeding is hard and laborious, if I didn't have these pumps I don't know how I would have gotten through this phase - I've been able to multitask around the house, and even carry bubs around as I pump. An absolute godsend, 10/10 recommend.

I recently purchased this breast pump when my baby was 2 months old. Unfortunately, after only one month of use, one of the motors stopped working. I contacted Chemist Warehouse, and they advised me to email the manufacturer directly.

I was very impressed with the customer service. After I explained the issue, the company responded promptly and sent me a replacement motor without any hassle.

The breast pump itself is comfortable, efficient, and works well for expressing milk. Although I experienced an issue with one motor, the excellent after-sales support gave me confidence in the product and the company. As a breastfeeding mother, having reliable customer service is just as important as having a reliable breast pump.

Overall, I am very satisfied with how the company handled my concern and would recommend this breast pump based on both its performance and the outstanding customer support.

After a few months I had a I noticed that it wasn’t working like it normally had been. Contacted the customer service team and they were super supportive and fast response to get it working again. Love all their products from the book, milk bags, milk warmer, sound machine!

This pump saved my breastfeeding journey !! After finding out my son had poor weight gain and poor latch due to ties I quickly started implementing this pump and moved to exclusively pumping and it helped me increase my supply from 30ml to 60-150ml in just over a week (granted I also put in the work also). It’s so easy to use and discreet also as you can notice it while I wear and I have E-G chest. Not to also mention the staff are so so helpful and lovely to deal with ! I would recommend this pump to anyone in the market for new breast pumps

This pump is amazing!!! As an exclusive pumping mumma, the first pump I got (was a different brand) was trash. It didn't work so I hired a hospital pump which had to be plugged into the wall and due to the practicality side it was a not long term option. My midwife recommended midwife mumma pump based on feedback from previous clients. I purchased it and it was amazing! I got the same milk as the stuck in one spot hospital pump yet the flexibility to move around the house. It is quiet, charges quickly, the battery life is good and its easy to assemble even half asleep at 3am. Highly recommend!

This review is long overdue as I’ve been a little preoccupied being a FTM, but the customer service from this company is how customer service should be always! I have been meaning to write this, because I just feel so genuinely grateful for what you have created.

This is my second time around with breastfeeding and pumping, and it could not feel more different. With my first, my supply dropped a couple of times because I made some classic rookie mistakes and I truly had no idea what I was doing. I worked so hard to educate myself on increasing my supply and spent what felt like endless hours power pumping. I bought everything, electric pumps, wearables, manual pumps, you name it. Even when I measured properly and used the right flange sizes, I still remember how uncomfortable it all felt. Pumping became something I pushed through rather than something that supported me.

This time, with my son, I wanted a fresh start. I knew what to do, and just as importantly, what not to do. I donated every pump I owned and decided I would stick with wearables so I could pump after feeds and slowly build a freezer stash without it taking over my life.

I went to the PBC Expo and spoke to so many brands, and honestly left feeling overwhelmed. Later I asked in a mums Facebook group and your pumps kept coming up again and again. I remember literally telling my husband to run to Chemist Warehouse to grab them for me.

From the moment I opened the box, I could feel the difference. The sizing tool, the range of flange inserts including 19mm which was perfect for me, even the bra strap extenders. It felt so thoughtful, like every little detail had been considered by someone who has actually lived this.

I was so nervous to try them because I was expecting that same discomfort I had always known. But they were the complete opposite. They were comfortable. Truly comfortable. I do not think I have ever said that about a pump before. And the fact I was able to express 60 ml straight after a feed honestly amazed me.

What has meant the most though is what this has given me day to day. I can pump while looking after my very energetic three year old and my newborn without feeling stuck or restricted. I can build a freezer stash without it feeling stressful. I even had family over tonight and was pumping under my jumper without anyone knowing, and I just had this quiet moment of thinking how different this experience feels.

I feel so grateful. Not just for the product itself, but for what it has allowed me to do and how it has supported my breastfeeding journey this time around. It has taken something that used to feel draining and made it feel manageable, even positive.

You have created something really special. The quality, the thought behind it, the support you provide, and the fact you have kept it at such an accessible price point says so much about you and your heart behind this brand. You really could have charged so much more, but you chose not to, and that does not go unnoticed.

I also loved reading your story and following along on Instagram. Your honesty and how real you are comes through in everything you do, and it makes such a difference.

I am in love with my double breast pump! The suction is amazing, I’m getting the same output as my spectra. Battery lasts ages hardly have to charge it and it fits in my bra perfectly. You can hear it but not too loud at all. I’ve had it for almost 2 months and wish I got it sooner, wish I had one with my older two kids, would have made life so much easier! Highly recommend to every mum!
