To be eligible, your initial consultation must have taken place within the last four weeks.

This package offers expert support via text over a 3 day period and ideally for navigating the next steps during bedtime routines or addressing any follow up concerns. Our team will be right there with you (virtually) to help troubleshoot, offer reassurance, and adjust your plan as needed.
