Supporting Your Sleep Journey with your little one with our Certified Sleep Consultants. 

Our incredible team is dedicated to helping you and your baby get the rest you need. We will create a personalised, gentle sleep plan tailored specifically to your baby’s needs and your family’s lifestyle. This approach respects your parenting style and supports healthy sleep habits without unnecessary stress.

During the consultation, we’ll work with you to implement the sleep plan in real time, guiding you through nap time so you feel supported and confident. This hands-on assistance helps you understand how to respond to your baby’s cues and apply the techniques effectively from the start.

Booking Process

Once your consult has been purchased, you’ll be matched with one of our team members within 48 hours. They will contact you directly using the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a suitable time for your session. If any additional information is needed, we’ll be in touch prior to your appointment to ensure you get the most out of your consult.

The time booked will be around your little one's nap (Arranged directly with the team).

Our incredible team is here to help your family get the rest you deserve. We offer a 2-hour in home consultation, scheduled to align with your baby’s nap time, so we can guide you through implementing a gentle, personalised sleep plan in real time.

During this visit, we’ll take the time to:

  • Discuss your current sleep challenges, goals, and concerns
  • Understand your lifestyle and parenting preferences
  • Assess your baby's sleep environment for safety and optimal comfort
  • Review age-appropriate awake windows and ideal routines
  • Provide feeding tips that can support better sleep, if relevant
  • Answer all your sleep related questions as nothing is off limits!

Together, we’ll create a tailored sleep plan that suits your baby’s developmental stage and your family's unique needs. You’ll receive hands-on guidance during your baby's nap to help you confidently put the plan into action.

To ensure you're fully supported, we also include a follow up check in via call or text the next day, giving you the opportunity to ask further questions or make any necessary adjustments.
