The overall communication and support from Midwife Mumma was so good! They were quick to reply to insta questions, and even called me, leaving a message to let me know they were shipping out these parts with urgency as I had broken my pump parts early into its life and I was a stressed newly pumping mama!
Overall the pump has been great, easy to use, fast charging, battery lasts me 4-5 uses and itd super easy to assemble and clean.
Absolutely love this product. Third time mum with fresh twins. In deep regret that I didn’t get this sound machine sooner with my older 2. So convenient, so easy to use! And absolutely love that you can control it through the app. This has been clearly made by a parent for parents!
What a fantastic product! I started using this for babies number 3 and 4. I regret not getting it sooner. So easy to use! Perfect in the middle of the night! The tap to turn the light on and off is the BEST feature! If only all baby products were as functional and actually useful as this!
This review is long overdue as I’ve been a little preoccupied being a FTM, but the customer service from this company is how customer service should be always! Amazing experience from Carla, who was super responsive and went above and beyond in helping me with my order and assuring my package arrived when there was an issue with customs.
